drink to food equivalent

I'm not sure exactly what Starbucks drink this is, but isn't that wild? Imagine eating this huge bowl of ice cream for breakfast, instead of drinking this huge drink - and I definitely know people who drink this kind of mondo coffee every morning. I say, just eat the ice cream instead.

lets go ride a bike

I went on a 2 & 1/2 hour bike ride today! I haven't ridden my bike in a while and my legs are definitely paying for it tonight, but it was so much & felt so good to be out and active in the sun. A lot of the ride was along the water, and it was beautiful. I was riding with 2 competitive boys, so there was a bit of racing going on, but a lot of just coasting and looking at the water. Can't wait to ride more!
