I am so into this Derek Lam dress, recommended by my girl Rachel Zoe. If I had a couple extra thousand dollars, this would be in my closet right now. Not sure if I love the styling though - I feel like it would look better with just classic black pumps (with really high heels) - the dress is very eclectic already so it doesn't need much accessorizing. The lining is 100% silk, so it would be so comf!
