Such a relaxing time spent in a beach house on the Oregon Coast with Raleigh's parents and some friends. Lots of sun, playing, walking on the beach, reading, drinks, yummy food, exploring, flying a kite, lazy mornings over coffee and my favorite board games at night. Also, notice how you can't see my cast in the photos? Score!

I attended Bumbershoot, Seattle's 3-day music and arts festival, this weekend and have some fun photos from that coming up tomorrow. What did you guys do for Labor Day weekend? Hope you got as much sun as the PNW did!

These photos are simply gorgeous! (And everyone is so good looking)! Beach vacations are simply the best... and I'd love either of those drinks, merci!

i ADORE the third picture of the curtains. you captured such a strong mood -- there's a real stillness about it...and the backlight is so brilliant, bold in the center, and only making the curtains iridescent before whittling out in either direction. Stunning!
