required reading

my most recent required (& not) reading.

I am in the middle of a thousand books, a thousand nonfiction pieces, a thousand tasks, a thousand conversations--c'est la vie, non? I can't decide if I would rather the next two weeks before graduation slow way down or speed way up; it doesn't matter either way, since time will proceed as it pleases. What a strange, strange time in my life. All I can do is put my heart into everything I do, and know that the future will unfold exactly as it is supposed to. And, perhaps, finish a few books. xoxo!

shirt, hat, & skirt: thrifted, booties: Old Navy

I prefer things to slow down, but I am bad with stress and crack under pressure (barely survived my last two weeks of college). I am sure you will be fine regardless. :] I really like that denim top with the brown skirt!

this is definitely my kind of outfit, i love the colors and proportions so much, plus you look cozy. Also, i think you hit the nail on the head as far as sharing about special needs family members goes, I think most of it has to do with dealing with other people's reactions. Thank you for your comment. xoxo

ps- and yes I agree, the time leading up to graduation (or any big life event really) can be very strange :)

I too feel I have a million and a half things to do! I agree that everything seems to work itself out in the end though! Also, I am pretty sure thats the perfect brown skirt you are wearing, and I am heading to old navy's sit next to see if they still have similar booties?!

I've been feeling like I have so much crap to do lately too. I wish I had time for some pleasure reading. Alas, I have too many school books to read!

In other news, I really like your denim top paired with the brown skirt. Really cute!
