if I ever feel better

Finally, a proper outfit post. For the last three days I have been confined to bed, sick as a dog, infinitely unsuitable to have any photos taken of me. Finally, yesterday, I woke up feeling healthy enough to join the outside world again and could not WAIT to put makeup/real clothes on! A girl can only watch so many Mad Men/30 Rock episodes before starting to feel a bit insane. Waking up to sunshine was the icing on the cake, and a floral romper seemed the only appropriate thing to celebrate health & spring reappearing. Both the shirt and romper are borrowed from my sister for an indefinite amount of time--seriously, having sisters is the best. I don't know how people survive without 'em.

If you've got 'em, what's your favorite part of having siblings? Or least favorite, if you're feeling sassy. xo!

romper, ring & top: Forever 21, purse: thrifted, shoes: Urban Outfitters, polish: Essie

you need to keep this. i'm sure it looks cute on your sister, but it looks amazing on you! i have four sisters...and i wouldn't want it any other way. we are a regular comedy factory when we all get together (or at least we think we are)!

:( sorry to hear that you were sick. You look great though! I love having a sister to swap clothes with, it's awesome! Except for when you can't find some of your clothes because she's taken them hostage. However, I'd probably do the same with this sweater and romper :p.

Also, that bag is beautiful!

Of course I'm feeling sassy... but I'll say that I can call my sister and any hour and if it's not the morning, she'll be awake. Crazy... but convenient.

Glad you're feeling better! It's nice to have those days where you just lay around, don't get dressed or put on makeup. But you're right, it can drive you nuts after a while!

I have been searching for a light weight sweater like that for a while, all my winter sweaters are getting too hot to wear!

Love that ring :)

I have two brothers and up until recently they were completely useless. However, they've both FINALLY discovered knits and GOOD jogging bottoms, so I tend to borrow them for indefinite periods of time. Tis good, tis good. Also, without sounding like a complete creep, you were definitely in my dream last night along with Tiekha and Elizabeth from Delightfully Tacky. It was so hilarious. I think I was on some crazy all-round America trip and I kept seeing you in every coffee shop I went into, I was like ' oh my days, that's Charity, how crazy!' I think it's a God given sign that I need to finish exams really soon and stop living my life vicariously through other bloggers. *sigh*

I love this outfit Charity. And I hope you're feeling 100% awesome this weekend. I have three siblings and as much as I love them to death I also love living in a different province from all of them.

You look so cute in the pics, I love your hair and this pretty bag!

Unfortunately I don't have siblings, I always wanted a younger brother but now it's too late ;D

Hooray for feeling better! I really like how you layered the top over your cute little romper.

It's the weirdest thing, I don't really share clothes with my sister. I never want to be responsible for messing up something she owns and the same goes for her messing up my stuff! Sometimes I can borrow a dress though!
