A few days ago, it wasn't too sunny but Raleigh and I were itching to get outside. So we packed a picnic lunch and went to Whatcom Falls to traipse around for a bit. The trails around the falls are beautiful and wild, and I saw my first owl in it's natural habitat! It flew right over our heads, huge and almost camoflauged against the tree trunks. I just love the Pacific Northwest. Can't wait to go on more summer adventures here this summer--bring 'em on!

Wow!! These photos are amazing. I would love to wander/picnic in a location like this.

LOVE the waterfall photo's. Just recently, boyfriend and I went hiking to a waterfall too. Aren't they just fantastic?
